Spirited Hot Spicy Wings

Hot spicy wings so good, so easy to make!  Sometimes you just need a little splurge after you have been so good with diet and exercise.  I love to make these wings which aren't too bad for you cause you bake them instead of frying.  Also I find that spicy foods are so much more filling than bland foods.

1/2 cup hot sauce (I like Franks)
2 tablespoon brown sugar
juice of one lime
1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
1/4 cup tequila (optional)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 pounds chicken wings
1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced, white only
Blue Cheese dressing
carrot sticks
celery sticks

Whisk first eight ingredients in a bowl.  Place chicken wings in a baking dish.  Pour sauce over wings.  Top with scallions.  Refrigerate for eight hours or over night.   Pre heat over 350 F.  Bake for 35-45 minutes turning over a few times during baking.

Serve with blue cheese dressing, carrot and celery sticks.

Enjoy!
